Delia is one of Europe’s leading experts in building regulated financial ventures. Before joining 0TO9, a Swedish venture builder and licensed credit institution, she spent eight years building and scaling Solaris, Europe’s leading Banking-as-a-Service provider, where she advanced from Product Owner to Chief Product Officer.
She has advised Germany’s Federal Ministry of Finance as part of the Digital Finance Forum and chairs the Bitkom Working Group on Fintech & Digital Banking.
