ERS Medical is a national patient transport courier service for the NHS and healthcare sector across the UK and in just 5 years Andy helped double their turnover to over £50m, winning new contracts across the country by demonstrating service excellence, increase staff numbers by an additional 400 people, turn a loss into profit and paid down debt, and, introduced an ‘Environment Impact Report’, holding themselves to high standards of environmental and social improvement. 

Drawing on his own experience of turning around, growing and selling ERS Medical, he will outline practical steps to creating a purpose driven company.
