ONLINE – 31st January & 7th, 21st, 28th February 2024 from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Book all four sessions here.
Projects and project management create the future. Communities around the world are facing ecological and climate crises that threaten the survival of humans on Earth.
Responsible Project Management aims to ensure that projects deliver benefits for people, communities, organisations, and ecosystems in ways that accelerate the achievement of a more sustainable future.
This course will introduce key ideas and techniques from the award-winning new concept of Responsible Project Management. There will be opportunities to practice new skills in a range of contexts, including systems thinking, anticipatory skills and approaches to handling uncertainty.
You will gain awareness of complexity and interconnections among projects, people, and natural resources, and explore how responsible management of projects can be used to deliver value for people, the planet, and prosperity. The course is organised over four evening sessions and is suitable for those new to managing projects.
