Integrating sustainability into projects and project management requires a mind shift by project professionals.  Growing awareness of complexity, uncertainty, and a need for adaptation in projects requires new techniques and skills.  Systems thinking, anticipatory skills and new approaches to handling uncertainty are required. 

This course will explore how you can rethink project management to help build a better future and it applies to all types of projects in the private, public, and voluntary sectors.  

You will gain increased awareness of how projects can deliver benefits for people, the planet, and prosperity.  This course is organised over four evening sessions and is suitable for those with some experience of managing projects.
