Responsible Project Management for Sustainable Development

Oct 9, 2024 at 18:00 — 20:00 (BST)

Online - 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th October 2024 at 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Book all four sessions here.

Projects and project management create the future.  Communities around the world are facing ecological and climate crises that threaten the survival of humans on Earth.  The aim of Responsible Project Management (RPM) is to ensure that projects deliver benefits for people, communities, organisations, and ecosystems in ways that accelerate the achievement of a more sustainable future.

This course will introduce key RPM concepts and selected techniques.  There will be opportunities to practice new skills in a range of contexts, including systems thinking, anticipatory skills and approaches to handling uncertainty.

You will gain awareness of how project management can be used to deliver benefits for people, the planet, and prosperity. The course is organised over four evening sessions and is suitable for those interested in accelerating sustainable development.

Further information about the aims, objectives, and approach can be found at: https://www.responsiblepm.com/the-rpm-studio
