The next chapter begins for The Just Checking In Podcast as we host our very first LIVE SHOW!

Hosted by our Founder Freddie Cocker, you’ll get the chance to hear from three brilliant guests who have appeared on The Just Checking In Podcast!

The show will be held on Friday 29th September 2023 in the heart of our local community in north-east London at Eton Manor Rugby Football Club in Wanstead.

The show also forms part of the Wanstead Fringe Festival which we are very proud to be a part of. The Wanstead Fringe takes place every year and puts on a range of amazing cultural events, from comedy and theatre to live music and literature.

It’s been five years since Freddie set up Vent and four years since he started The Just Checking In Podcast.

Join him, along with his three panellists where they will be discussing the state of the mental health conversation for men, what’s changed in the last five years and what we need to do going forward to keep improving men's lives for the better!  

The three panellists joining Freddie on the panel are:
