Just Checking In Live returns in 2023 with a new venue and our biggest ever show to date! 

We are moving to a new venue, The Victoria in Dalston in East London for a night of Rock 'n' Roll to start with, followed by a club night to help you dance the night away until 2am!

For (take two) of JCIL #4, friends of the pod and Behind The Mic series guests Cavalcade will be our headliners, supported by the brilliant Black Roses. 

We will then have two DJ sets from guests who've come on our Behind The Decks series in DJ Snowdream and Matt Fallon respectively. 

JCIL is a night for everyone to come together, dance, have fun and is an opportunity for you to check in with someone about their mental health in a supportive and welcoming space.

We can't wait to welcome you all to the dancefloor.
