Our HBC Workshop is on 27th August 2022. There is a morning session 9-1pm OR an afternoon session 1:30-5:30pm. 
It will be 4 hours of intensive work on yourself with Nadia Essex & Carole Mackie who is one of the UK’s leading Reiki healers. You will leave feeling lighter, brighter & happier. 

The session will cover heartbreak, healing, letting go, moving forward and a Cord Cutting ceremony that will spiritually break the emotional bonds you have with your ex. 

Whether the breakup was your fault or not we will teach you how to let go of guilt and feelings of ‘I could have done better, I should have tried harder’.

You will be given a deliciously healing hot Cacao drink that for centuries has been used in Ayurvedic medicine and we will have homemade, gut friendly snacks on hand (please inform us of any allergies).
You will have a group Reiki and Mindfulness session that will relax you and heal you from the inside out. Using music frequencies and crystals that work their magic at a cellular level.

Sessions are valued at £350 but we have a HBC member offer for just £39.99 plus booking fee.
