What’s all that about I hear you say? Well, here at MilkLand we are working with a concept that brings like-minded people together as one who all share the same values and principals, music & good vibes! 

 

MilkLand is a brand new festival located at Higher BugHill Farm on the edge of Dartmoor. This will consist of multiple arenas, co-joining brands from Devon, coming together as one to showcase the very best in House, Techno, Drum & Bass, Old Skool & Progressive music from the past to present with nothing but good vibes and atmosphere that you will never forget

MilkLand is a camping festival where you can pitch your tent or camper van on our huge 12-acre field right next to the festival site and will consist of two days of music, Friday 1st July, Saturday 2nd July & Sunday the 3rd of July 2022.

 

Camping area will open at 12pm on Friday 1st July until 2pm on Monday the 4th July

Friday: Festival Area Gates open at 14.00 – 23.00

Saturday: Festival Gates open at 11am - midnight. 

Sunday: 12.00 until 20.00 (possibly longer)

 

Our Camping gates will open at 13.00 on Friday 1st July where you can pitch your tents or camper vans in our 12-acre field. The festival site will open its gates at 2pm on Friday 1st July until Midnight. You can continue to party into the night within the campsite area.


The festival site will then reopen its gates at 11am on Saturday 2nd July until 23.00, on Sunday 3rd July the festival site will open around 11am until 23.00 when the festival site will have to close and you’ll have return back to your camping area. We ask you pack up, leave no trace and leave the site by 2pm on Monday the 4th July.

Strictly over 18’s Valid identification will be required for entry. (Challenge 25) 
No glass allowed on the campsite

F.A.Q.

Q: I want to bring my camper van, what tickets would I require?
A: All members within your camper van party will have to purchase the appropriate Festival tickets depending on how long your staying, I.E, Full Weekend, Just Friday or Just Saturday and then you will required to purchase just one camper van pass as an extra for your whole party.

 

Q: Where do we camp?
A: We have a huge 12 acre field right next to the Festival site which will be clearly signposted upon entry.

 

Q: Do I bring my own tent?
A: Absolutely! Bring your own tent and camping equipment unless you fancy an night under the stars.

 

Q: Can I park my car next to my tent?
A: No. We will have a separate area where all cars can be parked, please be aware a separate car parking pass will have to be purchased before entry.

 

Q: Can we bring our own alcohol? 
A: Yes you can! Your own personal alcohol can only be consumed within the CAMPING AREA ONLY, all alcohol consumed on the festival site will have to be purchased from our full licenced bars, there will be security checks upon entry to the festival site to prevent personal alcohol being brought onto the festival site. Any alcohol deemed to be excessive will be confiscated upon entry and retuned when the festival has ended or you wish to leave the festival site. Our recommendations is no more than 70cl of spirits and 12 cans of lager or cider per person for the whole weekend. NO GLASS BOTTLES are permitted on the Campsite. 

 

Q: Can I bring my own sound system?
A: We cant allow campers to rock up with a generator, set of active speakers and a set of 1210’s or CDJ’s and Mixer, However, Small Bluetooth portable speakers are allowed for the campsite area only.

 

Q: Can I charge my mobile phone?
A: There will be very limited power points on the festival site so we strongly recommend packing those power packs to keep your mobile phone topped up. 

 

Q: Can I have a BBQ? 
A: We will allow disposable BBQ’s and small portable all in one camping stoves in the camping area, All disposable BBQ’s must be kept off the grass at all times and must only be disposed into waste areas at least 12 hours after use. No gas bottles will be allowed unless they are in a secure unit inside your campervan as per camper van regulations.

 

Q: What welfare facilities can be found within the campsite and Festival Site?
A: We have 24-hour security on both the Festival and Campsite who will always be available to help and advise with any concerns, questions or issues our guests may have. There will be several extra portaloos and refreshment areas on both the Campsite and Festival site.

 

Q: Can children attend?
A: No. This is a strictly over 18’s event, Security will be checking ID’s upon arrival and into the festival site.

 

Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Sorry, as much as we are animal lovers all pets will have to remain at home.

 

Q: What is your drugs policy?
A: We operate a strict ZERO tolerance drug policy (Including Nitrous Oxide) our SIA trained security will have the right to perform any searches at any time, If you are found to be in control of any illegal substances these will be confiscated and you will be ejected from the festival and camping site and may also be liable for prosecution.
