Braised pig cheeks, cauliflower risotto, red wine jus, crispy onion, truffle oil

Wood pigeon Kiev, butternut squash, pancetta, textures of onion

Smoked trout, crispy chicken skin, heritage tomatoes, avocado

Pan fried hake, smoked ham hock, dill, almonds, potted fish pie

Walnut & gorgonzola tortellini, Devon blue cream sauce, apple, celery V

Slow braised pork belly, carrot, creamed potato, smoked ham hock bon bon, cider jus

Pan roasted chicken, curried cauliflower, peas, parmentier potatoes, chicken jus
