Alan Toltzis is the author of two full-length collections of poetry—49 Aspects of Human Emotion and The Last Commandment—as well as a micro-chapbook, Nature Lessons.

A two-time Pushcart nominee, he has published in numerous print and online journals including, Plainsong, Grey Sparrow, The Wax Paper, Black Bough Poetry, and Anthropocene Poetry.
