For many beginning baristas, milk texturing is seen as a dark art. In order to produce smooth, sweet, and flavoursome milk-based espresso beverages, correct theory and practical experience are necessary. This 3-hour course will help you understand milk texturing, the theory behind it and the practical hands-on coaching and experience to produce beautiful, tasty microbubble froth that is the foundation to amazing coffees and pouring just as beautiful latte art.
