Your education won’t stop there. Our Head Pastaia Roberta will teach you how to master Italy’s favourite comfort food - the ragù - with the tips & tricks she learnt from her nonna. You will also learn how to make the show-stopping pasta alla chiantigiana, pappardelle infused with a red wine sauce or, as we prefer to call it, drunken pasta!
