We are honoured to be joined by Jane Heighway, Head of Business Banking at Lloyds, to talk about re-energising after Christmas and the importance of health and well-being in the work place and your personal lives. She will be sharing her inspiring journey and career path, from being told she wouldn’t be able to achieve her goals when she was setting out as it was a ‘man’s job’ - to now being Head of Business Banking.

Jane Heighway has worked for Lloyds Banking Group since 2001. Jane is responsible for leading Direct Business Banking which has 420 colleagues across two key sites in Edinburgh & Birmingham. Jane’s function supports Business Banking customers who are just starting up in business through to helping customers with a turnover up to £3million. Through listening to their goals and priorities, providing support and direction in growing their business and how to bring to life their business ambitions and dreams.
