Apr 29, 2020 at 09:15 — 16:30 (BST)

When a manager acts as a coach it helps employees to find solutions themselves, which can improve their performance and free managers to focus more on their own jobs. A coach builds capability while helping others to develop, take action and make better decisions. This interactive course will enable you to develop a coaching style that will unleash the potential in yourself and your teams.

Often in the workplace when managers think they are coaching they are invariably mentoring and giving all the answers.
