Shauna is a mindset coach who's passionate about supporting women in their 40s and beyond, who are stepping into a mid-life transition. With love and compassion, she helps her clients uncover what living a meaningful and exceptional second half of life means for them. And she helps develop clarity around their next steps, new directions or both.

Shauna is a recovering corporate accountant raising her six-year-old son as a solo mum, by choice. As well as hanging out with her son, she loves travelling, great food and connecting with her lovely friends.
