This class is intended for food service managers, restaurant owners, caterers, and retail foodservice employees. The class will conclude with the certifying exam. This course is approved by the Illinois Department of Health and the City of Chicago. 

Upon completing of course and passing the certification exam students will be provided the Servsafe Food Manager national certification.

As of January 1st, 2018, this certification has replaced the former State of Illinois certification.

Students may also obtain their City of Chicago license for an additional fee.
