We need you to get involved in our month long challenge and cycle 104 miles to raise vital funds and awareness for The Haven. Did you know that 2 women a week die as a direct result of domestic abuse; that's 104 every year.

So we are setting you the challenge of cycling 104 miles to raise awareness and help put a stop to domestic abuse.

You can take on our sponsored bike-a-thon challenge solo, as a team, or why not hire The Haven's static bike for a week and create an office challenge of tackling those miles together as a team building event?
