Feeling anxious or stressed about your exams? This is totally normal but can feel really hard!

This workshop will give you some great strategies to overcome stress, show you that you are better than you think you are, and help you see your value however your exam results turn out!

You can come along on your own, or bring your parents too…you never know, they might learn something!   

 

The session will include 3 x 50 minute interactive workshops covering recognising and managing stress symptoms, understanding your value and true potential, as well as ‘on the spot’ mindfulness techniques to combat stress in the moment.
