We are raising money for CALM - The Campaign Against Living Miserably.
CALM is dedicated to preventing male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. On average 12 men take their own life every day – more than three times the number of women. CALM works to prevent male suicide by providing services for men who are down or in crisis, and by campaigning for culture change so men feel able to seek help.

Every 2 hours, a man in the UK takes his life. This event is to raise awareness for this. To make people aware of how serious mental health truly is, and how damaging and life threatening it can be. Our aim is to make even the toughest of men, let their guard down, to open up, and to talk. Sometimes a simple "You ok mate” can save someone's life. It's easy to say we’d be there for our mates, most of us say we feel uncomfortable or week asking for help. This has to change!

ALL PROFITS from this event will be going to CALM. The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is an award-winning charity dedicated to preventing male suicide.
