We’re a small, but rapidly growing team. Over the last year, we’ve seen incredible growth and this is set to continue. We work hard but we have fun with it!
We offer generous paid parental leave, regardless of your gender. You can take up to 52 weeks leave and if you’ve been with us for more than a year you’ll receive full pay for 3 months of this, and half pay for 3 months. This increases incrementally to 6 months full pay and 3 months half pay once you’ve been with us for more than 5 years.
Our policy is the same regardless of your gender, your partner’s gender, or how you became a parent (e.g. through adoption, surrogacy, or biologically), so it applies to fathers and partners of mothers too!
