A focus on wellbeing

Your wellbeing is really important to us and we care about our team as individuals. As part of this, we offer monthly catch ups about your wellbeing, a breakout space to help with brainstorming or relaxing, and we have beer, coffee, tea, and soft drinks on tap.

We work 8-4 and you’re encouraged to go home on time, take your lunch break, and take regular holidays. We understand that sometimes life happens and you need some flexibility, and we offer enhanced sick pay which increases with length of service.

Family-friendly culture

We offer generous paid parental leave, regardless of your gender. You can take up to 52 weeks leave and if you’ve been with us for more than a year you’ll receive full pay for 3 months of this, and half pay for 3 months. This increases incrementally to 6 months full pay and 3 months half pay once you’ve been with us for more than 5 years.

Our policy is the same regardless of your gender, your partner’s gender, or how you became a parent (e.g. through adoption, surrogacy, or biologically), so it applies to fathers and partners of mothers too!

Flexible career progression

As a growing business, there’s lots of opportunity for you to shape your own career and move around the business.

We hold personal development reviews twice a year to discuss where you see your career going and any training you might need for this.

Our office

Our head office is by the waterfront in Plymouth, Devon and easily accessible from the A38 if you’re travelling from outside Plymouth.

We have top-end work resources and games, books, a Nintendo Switch, Netflix, a basketball hoop, and a table tennis table for any time you need a break.

Our walls are decorated with artwork created by our in-house designer just for us!
