The Gloucestershire Poetry Society presents a Crafty Crows (Gloucester Poetry Festival Takeover), A joint headline event with two Beat Generation-influenced poets, GPS regular Michael Sindler and Mimi German. Influences range from Lawrence Ferlinghetti and Allen Ginsberg to raw street poetry from Mimi German reading from her collection of poems influenced by her work with the homeless ‘ ‘The Gravel Weight of Stars’. Hosted by Forest of Dean poet and 2022/23 Beat Poet Laureate (England), Karlostheunhappy.

Monday 31st October, from 7.30pm until 10.00pm, including open-mic.
