Mindful Wellbeing Class

Mindful Wellbeing is a weekly online feel-good class designed and delivered by Beth Wood, Director of Mind Fitness and co-author of the hugely successful Unlock You.
Each week is a stand-alone class, but the benefits are deeper if you are able to attend regularly.
The Mindful Wellbeing sessions sit within Prospero’s Wellbeing Hub and combine a mixture of learning and doing, creating a nurturing and inclusive setting that will support you to cope with challenges and live your best life.
Wednesday evenings 7-8pm. £5 per session Free for anyone on benefits
