This year has been incredibly difficult and challenging for us all in so many ways. For so many women and children across the country, their home during the pandemic has not been a safe place but has been a place of immense fear. With the strict national measures that have been implemented on and off throughout the year, their lives are at great risk through being forced to isolate with an abusive partner.

Despite the pandemic, Christmas is not cancelled at The Haven. For women and children we support, the festivities provide a much-needed chance to make new happy memories together away from abuse. Due to ongoing restrictions, we are doing things a little differently this year. We hope you will still help us to make Christmas magical by purchasing a pack of our Christmas cards to send to your loved ones.

Our Christmas cards have been designed by a 6 year old boy in one of our refuges. He has created this adorable Christmas scene which we have now had made into official cards for you to send on to your family, friends and colleagues. At a time when we are all continuing to socially distance from each other and protect those who are vulnerable, this is a great way to send a bit of festive cheer, whilst also making a difference to those spending Christmas at The Haven.

Every penny raised from selling these cards will go towards ensuring women and children at The Haven can have a brighter Christmas during the ongoing uncertain circumstances and can access vital support going into the new year and beyond.

Due to the situation and only being able to sell these via post, we wanted to make it as cost effective as possible so cards will be sold in packs of 30, 40 or 50, and the price below will include the postage costs (there is an additional booking fee when purchasing via this website)
