Wet Concrete: creative writing workshop

Sep 27, 2020 at 10:00 — 11:30 (BST)

Using a range of source texts on the city, participants will be led through a process of collaging words and phrases to create their own piece of creative writing or poetry reflecting their perspectives on Plymouth.

Sophie Ingram is a visual artist and teacher living in Plymouth. She works across media and this exhibition focusses on her relationship to the landscape of Plymouth. This workshop is part of an exhibition with the same name by the artist happening at 37 Looe Street over the Plymouth Art Weekender (Fri-Sun 11-6 daily).

This event is suitable for adults or teenagers particularly excited about writing.

This workshop will, (unless there are substantial changes to the UK Covid-19 situation) be taking place over zoom, with a link and resources sent via email.
