Recreate Your Life Through a Movement Towards Your Mother

Feb 28, 2020 at 18:30 — Mar 1, 2020 at 17:00 (CST)
Organiser: Minnesota Center for Systemic Constellations

Did your mother welcome you? Did you have her loving attention and her willingness to protect you? Or was your mother traumatized as an unborn child, at her birth, after birth, as an infant, not wanted, loved or protected by her own parents, or entangled in tragic events of past generations?

Our mother is our life foundation. It is through her that we come into this life. The mother cannot be replaced by anyone in her role. The connection to the mother is what helps us and leads us forward in life. Our happiness and success, our fulfillment in life and love are closely connected to our mother.

The relationship with our mother shapes the basic attitude to all societal relationships.  In this Workshop we will look at:

  • Partner relationship, family and work and how they are reflections of our love towards our mother.
  • How many fundamental problems in our life are related directly to our relationship with our mother.
  • How to feel, sense and experience with our own bodies how to relate to our mother.
  • The effects of early trauma of not being wanted, loved or protected by our mother.
  • Coping and survival strategies that deal with early attachment-trauma.

The practical experience you will receive in the workshop will give you what is needed for understanding and change.
