Planning to Achieve Your Goals, an OLLIE Foundation Workshop:
It’s great having goals, it’s even better when you know how to achieve them. Science proves that following a few basic rules can enhance your planning process and improve your ability to reach your goals, which in turn can improve both your resilience and wellbeing. The OLLIE Foundation want to help young people learn how to overcome the obstacles they face so they can achieve their dreams, whether that’s getting up and into school without a panic attack, passing an exam or flying to the moon. We don’t want anyone to feel that the challenges they face are too big for them. The OLLIE Goalsetting workshop will share with participants what many successful people know - that setting goals provides both short and long-term motivation and focuses knowledge gathering. It helps to organise both time and resources so that you can eliminate distraction and make the very most of opportunities and ultimately, your life.

This workshop will explore the science of goal setting, its impact on resilience, and how it can be used to reduce stress and the overwhelming feelings we can all experience when we have too much going on. This is a workshop with guided practice - participants will learn a step-by-step process for planning how to reach ones goal based on the world renowned Theory of Constraints (TOC).

Who is this workshop for?
