An evening workshop looking at nutrition and lifestyle tools to support mental health.
Learn how nutrition and lifestyle strategies can help:

- Manage anxiety and symptoms of depression
- Improve sleeping patterns
- Relieve cravings for sugar, alcohol, and other substances
- Reduce brain fog

Workshop is led by Lindsey Beveridge, Registered Nutritional Therapist, Recovery Nutrition
Cost to attend is £35 and includes refreshments and handouts. Places are limited to 18 participants.
