19.30 – 20.15 Breaking addiction, improving motivation, mood and energy with the support of nutritional therapy
- Resetting the brain with the right nutrients: Essential, non-essential and conditionally essential amino acids / Essential fatty acids / Vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytonutrients
