LGBT+ Labour SW & PLWN present Grace Petrie fundraiser for Charlotte Holloway and Luke Pollard

Nov 15, 2019 at 19:30 — 22:00 (GMT)

Protest singer and folk songwriter Grace Petrie has been singing songs about how bad the Tories are since May 2010. In that time she has amassed a huge fan base from across the folk, punk, comedy and alternative scenes. In 2018 she released Black Tie, an ode to self-expression that quickly became a queer anthem and cemented her place as one of the most important songwriters of her generation. Earlier this year she completed a UK arena tour supporting Frank Turner, and she is currently providing tour support for Emmy winning comic Hannah Gadsby. You might have heard her on Radio 4’s the Now Show, on Radio 2 in session with Jo Whiley, or the Guilty Feminist Podcast.

A big thank you to Grace Petrie for volunteering her artistry to raise funds for Plymouth Moor View, Plymouth Sutton & Devonport, Totnes and Truro & Falmouth Labour Party's General Election campaigns.
