The purpose of Foundation & Practitioner accreditation is to confirm you have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the PRINCE2 method to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a project management team working within an environment supporting PRINCE2. You will also achieve sufficient understanding of how to apply and tailor PRINCE2 in a scenario situation.

What will I learn?

You will develop a detailed knowledge of the PRINCE2 methodology working through the project lifecycle from pre-project preparation to project closure. At Foundation stage you will learn how to initiate projects and create essential project documents such as the Project Imitation Document and the Business Case and learn how to control each stage of the project and address issues surrounding project completion.

You will also learn how to implement the PRINCE2 methodology through a range of practical case studies and scenarios. You will master concepts of project risk assessment, project planning and how to ensure a quality approach is applied throughout the project.
