Join the food junkies as we prepare for one of our favourite cuisines. We are starting with a Pepper roulette course of sweet & Chilli peppers stuffed with a creamy smoky casheeze. Quesidillas is next with a tangy lentil bolognaise filling mexican style. This we will follow with Mexican 'meatballs' aka Albondigas Mexicana. Onto a traditional Chilli non-carne made with 5 beans and on the right side of hot. We will end the night with a Margarita infused Mexican cheezecake and fruit salad on the side. Holy Moly Guacamole, Fresh Salsa, Cool Mayo dip for all guests.
