If you have not booked with us before Millfields Inspired will email you once you've made a booking. So please look out for our email!

We need a consent form filled out and returned as soon as possible, the email will be about this. Your child will not be unable to attend unless we receive this BEFORE 20th August 2019.

A free lunch will be provided. Within the booking process please tell us if your child will require a lunch or will be bringing their own food.
