Course Overview

This course will show participants what types of writing styles are appropriate for business, and how to identify their audience needs and structure communication accordingly.  It will help participants understand which words to choose, and why, in order to communicate their message effectively.  The course will also give participants easy to use strategies to remove clutter from their writing.  This course is designed for people who care about their professional image.   All participants who complete the course receive a Certificate of Completion.
