Effective Business Writing - Short Course

This course will show participants what types of writing styles are appropriate for business, and how to identify their audience needs and structure communication accordingly. It will help participants understand which words to choose, and why, in order to communicate their message effectively. The course will also give participants easy to use strategies to remove clutter from their writing. This course is designed for people who care about their professional image. All participants who complete the course receive a Certificate of Completion.

Our Trainer is an experienced and expert business communicator who has received nominations for national and international learning professional awards and has over 15 years’ experience writing project plans, technical documents, tenders, policies and procedures, reports and much more. All IDA trainers hold a minimum of TAE40110 and a current Working with Children Check.
