In the light of the announcement this year by Wetherspoon and more recently Lush to step back from social media, we ask is it getting harder to talk to customers via these channels? Are we paying too much for the pleasure? Are we over prioritising social media as a core marketing channel at the expense of other traditional channels such as OOH, TV etc? So many questions! Why not join us at our annual Fashion eCommerce Summit this July 9th in Manchester, UK.
