World Pasta day + a glass of wine

October 25th is World Pasta Day. Celebrate the world’s most famous food with me, at Pasta ’n play, making your own homemade fresh pasta from scratch. The celebration will take place in a studio in the sky in the heart of vibrant Covent Garden.
How is the class structured?
When you arrive, you will find the ingredients laid out for you ready to be used. The class will kick off with Vicky sharing some fun facts about the history of pasta and the ingredient's origins. Then, Vicky will explain to you where ingredients come from, what ingredients are used, where to get the best ingredients from and why to use those specific ingredients. The workshop is entirely hands-on. After a demonstration of how to make the dough, you will make everything by yourself.
After all the hard work, we eat what we made together.
