As part of Spectrum Savvy's Summer Sessions series, I would like to invite you to an introduction to PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) by Julia Daunt. Julia was diagnosed with the condition when she was 12. She now lives in Nottinghamshire with her partner and spends a lot of her time supporting others with PDA, as well as giving talks and workshops nationwide. In this workshop you will learn about the traits of PDA, how they affect Julia day-to-day and some key strategies that can be used to help someone with PDA. There will be time at the end of the session to ask Julia questions.
