The poet is a young psychologist at the forefront of her career who through her own lived experiences, learnt that sometimes those experiences we call 'break downs' are necessary for the 'breaking through' of self and soul.

‘Mentally cracking up, the self you know fractures, rupturing the ground you stand on.   Inexpressible interior sensations, hidden from the outside eye, lurk beneath the surface, threatening to engulf any of us at any time.’
Moment(o)s, in the tradition of Cabaret, exposes the hidden, challenges the status quo and revels in celebrating the socially unacceptable in a subversive romp through the vicissitudesof mental breakdown.
