Join Octavia as she invites you to heal yourself and others in a Heart-Centred & Divine Love Intention Meditation evening.

Octavia will guide you through a heart opening meditation that will welcome you into your heart space. You will feel filled with love as you share a heart-centred connection with the other like minded individuals in the group.

You will use ancient teachings of prayer and intention to intend for another member of the group who may be suffering from a physical, emotional or mental issue. You will experience the power of shared human heart-centred intention, the healing powers of connecting to your heart and the effects that can have on healing any aspect of your own lives.

You will be guided through an Intention Meditation that will inspire you to set your own intentions for the coming week or month ahead. This Intention workshop will last for 4 weeks, 1 hour weekly. Octavia asks for commitment for these four weeks to get best healing results for individuals partaking. This is also a research based project, so Octavia will ask you to partake in a 30 minute skype call before and after the four week workshop to ask your feedback. Please sign up only if you can commit to partaking in the four week meditation workshop.

This workshop and research will be one hour per week for four weeks.
